I had an amazing experience at this salon in Vietnam! Katie did my lash in fills, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My original set had been done elsewhere and they were quite difficult to infill, but Katie handled them with incredible skill and patience. She paid so much attention to detail, made everything look natural and flawless, and took the time to ensure every lash was perfect. It’s clear she’s experienced and genuinely cares about the quality of her work. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional, and Katie’s friendly attitude made the whole appointment enjoyable. I stumbled across Lynn’s Hair Wash and Eyelash Extensions completely by chance while trying to escape the heat—and it ended up being such a great find. The ladies were incredibly friendly and immediately made sure I was comfortable, even bringing me a bottle of ice-cold water and a coconut-flavoured yoghurt to help cool down, which was such a thoughtful touch. I went in for a removal and reapply gel pedicure, and they did an amazing job. The cuticle work was honestly some of the best I’ve had—really precise and thorough. They offer a wide range of services too, and if I’d had more time, I definitely would have booked in for a lash lift. Such a lovely experience overall—would absolutely recommend! ~ Danielle C

I visited Lynn Hair wash & eye today and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! I had my eyebrows tinted, waxed, and shaped, and they turned out beautifully - very clean and precise. I also got eyelash extensions. The service was outstanding – you truly feel like the customer is king here. I felt well taken care of at all times and really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. At first, my lashes were a bit fuller than I expected, but the team immediately listened to my feedback and gently removed a few lashes until it was perfect. That level of care and attention really impressed me. Everything was done very cleanly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The final result is amazing and exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend this place enough! 💅 I had my nails done, my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and a lash lift, and every service exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was incredible, and you can tell they genuinely care about delivering high-quality work. The place is tucked away in a small alleyway and it’s very adorable. Lynn called in extra help to come in right away so that my friend and I can have our multiple services done all at once. The ladies were very sweet, kind, and curious. The place is super clean and they accept credit cards with 5 percent charge. I forgot to ask if they accepted the QR payments but they likely would. I highly recommend this place. ~ Judith W

I had a wonderful experience here! Making a reservation through WhatsApp was incredibly easy, and the responses were always prompt and helpful. During my visit, I had a lash lift, gel nail removal, nose waxing, and a shoulder & leg massage. I was really happy with both the service and the results. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of service provided, making it excellent value for money. If I ever return to Hoi An, this will definitely be my go-to place. I had such a great experience with the great staff at Lynn! Hue exceeded my expectations and did a great job recreating the inspiration picture I sent. The communication was great as well. I contacted Lynn through WhatsApp and she was very quick to respond and get me scheduled for the services I would need based on our conversation. They have great attention to detail and it was a very relaxing experience! I got acrylic nail extensions and a pedicure with callus removal that was so good my feet look brand new and feel so soft. Hands down the best nail design near the Old Town Hoi An. They have so many modern, creative designs and a huge range of colours, from simple nude sets to detailed nail art. The salon is very clean, comfortable and just a short walk from the ancient town, which makes it perfect to combine with sightseeing. The nail technicians are patient, help you choose a design that suits your style, and pay great attention to detail. Prices are fair for the quality and my nails have stayed shiny and chip-free. Went there with my mother to get our nails done. Absolutely loved the service and the people working there were so nice. I came wanting a difficult design but the nailartist killed it! So happy with them!! Came back 2 days later wanting to do m brows and lashes, we got a footbath while waiting (i also ended up with hairwash service with included amazing massage, and my hair felt so soft afterwards!). I could not been more happy with how lashes and brows turned out, cant stop admiring the brows, lashes and nails!! deffo reccomend! Such a goos price also! ~ Emilie K

I had quite a few treatments done here and genuinely could not recommend them more. I had a regular polish manicure and pedicure, followed by a lash lift with a keratin treatment and finally an eyeliner tattoo. I did find the eyeliner tattoo incredibly painful as the numbing cream wore off several times during the treatment, which unfortunately made the process take longer. However, the staff could not have handled it better. They were incredibly kind and patient with me, never rushed me and worked completely at my pace, reapplying the numbing cream whenever I needed it. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely seemed to care about their clients. They explained all of the aftercare thoroughly before I left and even contacted me a week later to check how everything was healing and how I was getting on. The whole team were so lovely throughout my visit, and the level of care both during and after the treatments really stood out to me. I would absolutely recommend this place. ~ Alannah

I had the best hair wash I have ever had here. The ladies were absolutely amazing and would check in to make sure the pressure was good and that we were comfortable. All the products used left my hair smelling amazing and looks incredibly healthy. We were given water bottles after our hair was dried with Dyson hairdryers. All of the facilities were incredibly clean. I also got my nails done and the service and level of detail and care was top tier. I really highly recommend and totally understand why they have a 5 star rating. ~ Cassandra L

My friend & I went to Lynn’s yesterday - we both got gel pedicures and gel manicures (a full acrylic set & gelx extensions) - Booking through WhatsApp was super easy. We were immediately greeted and assisted by Lynn who was so incredibly lovely. The 5 women who did our nails were so intricate and delicate! Loved our results. they were really nice and helpfull i got a lashlift+keratin treatment+tint for 590k and also my toes done and a hairwash. the only thing i kinda misunderstood was that the hairwash was also or mainly a face treatment (which i didnt really want) but it was relaxing anyways though some products burned on my skin but oh well. service is good and professional and they provide water also love that. first pic was right after the lash lift and the second ones the day after ~ Maya S

She also suggested a different lash extension style to my usual so suit my face shape and the local climate.
